Hello my name is Josh Young and I am from Hamilton, Ohio. When my aunt
died of leukemia it was a very devastating time for my family, and me. I
thought to myself "you only live once so you should live life to the
fullest and do what you love to do". Well I thought really hard and
decided I want to be a country music singer and with support and love
from my family and friends, I am now fulfilling what I have always
wanted to do.
I have sung with many different bands. I first started at "The Hamilton
Music Theatre" where I then ventured off and helped form a band called
Dixz Highway.I then ventured off and sang with Centerline..I am now
spreading my wings into the State of Florida!! Check back for more
info!! I have also sung down in Nashville, TN at the "Nashville Palace"
winning a night to sing at Steve Hill's 25 anniversary with "The
Nashville Palace Band" and many talented musicians and singers known in
the Nashville area, also at the "World famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge",
“The Stage", and "Whiskey Island". I also got to compete in Renfro
Valley's Harvest Festival, winning second place in their talent
competition.
I have had so much success as a country music singer winning many
talent contests and singing with many talented musicians, and Recording
a four song CD in Nashville, TN. Dave Lindsey, who I met in Nashville,
is helping me out with getting my name to Record Companies and also
sending me songs to choose from for my recordings. Dave has worked with
many country music singers such as George Jones, Mel Tillis, and many
more.
